Shipping and return policies for October Sky

Order Processing can take up to 2-3 days depending if the band is on tour or not. Yes, it will be a band member sending out the merch for you.
Shipping can take up to 6 week depending on the destination. We may add shipping options like UPS or Express mail, but it will cost more to ship.
We will kindly provide a tracking number for each order. If you'd like to add insurance on shipping, please contact us at email@example.com
- Return Policy
EXCHANGE ONLY - NO RETURNS
Before we get started, you can only exchange a damage product or a wrong order. No return, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Please save the invoice received with your package. It's your receipt!
• OctoberSky must receive the return within 30 days of purchase.
• If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when OctoberSky receives the original merchandise back.
• Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on exchanges.
• Clothing can be exchanged but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear.

1. Item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back.
2. Reason you're sending the items back.
3. The first and last name the order is listed under.
We will give you a return number. You must have a return number before sending any product back. This number will be issued and email to you. Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!
If you live outside the continental Canada, we're sorry but we won't be able to provide you with a return label or reimburse you for return postage costs. You may return the item(s) using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.
Additionally, if you do live outside the continental Canada, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. OctoberSky will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
